Boarding delays caused by customers are deducted from trip duration.
Trip extensions depend on vessel availability and additional charges.
The captain has final authority regarding navigation, safety, passenger conduct, weather decisions, route modifications, and operational matters.
Swimming and diving may be prohibited within marina areas and restricted zones.
Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, dangerous materials, harassment, violence, reckless behavior, and unsafe conduct are prohibited.
Customers are responsible for guest behavior throughout the charter period.
Poseidon reserves the right to deny boarding or terminate a trip without refund if safety, legal, or operational requirements are violated.
Customers participate in marine activities and water sports at their own risk.
Poseidon is not responsible for personal belongings, transportation to the marina, delays caused by authorities, weather disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests.
A contractual penalty of USD 500 may be imposed for serious violations of company policies, marina regulations, safety instructions, or contractual obligations.
Photos and videos may be captured during activities and used for marketing unless customers notify Poseidon before departure.
All intellectual property, logos, branding, website content, images, and materials belong exclusively to Poseidon.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund. 48 to 72 hours before departure: Up to 50% deduction. Less than 48 hours before departure: No refund. Weather-related cancellations: Customers may receive a full refund or rescheduling option. No-show bookings are non-refundable. Refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on banks and payment providers.

Parents or guardians are responsible for minors participating in activities.
Participants confirm that they are physically capable of participation.
Participants release Poseidon, its employees, contractors, captains, and crew from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
